Either way, I put Rocket in charge to make sure the other two didn’t wander off the premises by accident, and also because Rocket could capture any intruders without killing them. Even though we wouldn’t be at fault legally if something were to happen, I didn’t want to run the risk of Shiromaru and Solomon’s reputations suffering for no reason.

I asked Goldie and Silvie if they wanted to go outside, but both of them preferred to relax inside the dimension bag instead of exploring somewhere unfamiliar. It was basically their home, after all. They asked me for some food, but they made no attempt to move toward the exit.

“They’re the same as always... All right, here’s something to eat. Oh, you made more silk again? Good work.”
